The poetry books 'Growing up', and 'Coping with Illness and Grief'are written to help primary school children - aged 7 yrs upwards. The poems emphasise the qualities of kindness, sharing, caring, endeavour etc and are told as 'metaphorical stories' and are in rhyming verse.
'Choice for Teenagers'. This poetry looks at issues of every day teenage life and all have a message - some are obvious, while others have to be given a 'bit of thought'.
Children love the poems, and it can also be said that adults are finding the poems from 'Coping with Illness and Grief' are giving comfort in times of sorrow.
